Shipping Information

We only ship to the USA contiguous 48 states. We use either UPS or Federal Express ground unless the item is very large then we ship via truck. Shipping is free at the time of the order but if you return the item we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund. Every item we sell is ordered from the manufacturer for you. In some cases the item will be shipped directly to you by the manufacturer. On the web page for every item it indicates about how long it will be before we ship that item.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We require notification of defective, damaged or incorrect items with 2 weeks of delivery. You must email us at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number . We pay for all return shipping charges for these items you receive when you notify us within 2 weeks of delivery to you. We will ship you out a replacement item (s) or part(s) as needed at our discretion at no charge but if we do not receive the defective, damaged or incorrect item back from you within 2 weeks of you receiving the return instructions we will charge your credit card for the purchase price of the replacement items we sent to you. All items must be received back from you in good condition and in the original packing materials. If you choose not to have these items replaced, then you now fall under our return policy, please review the return policy below. If you return the items late or in the incorrect packaging material we will refund the purchase price less a 30% restocking fee and all our shipping cost. Order Cancellation & Return Policy

If you need to cancel, change or return an item, the manufacturer will charge you a 15% restocking fee. If there has been any shipping cost incurred by either us or the manufacturer that amount is not refundable. If you want to return an item email us at within 2 weeks of receiving an item to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). All items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them. We do not allow returns of items that have been installed or altered in any way. The items must be in the original packing material and you must pay return shipping and insure the package by either UPS or Federal Express. After you request to return the item we will send you the shipping address to return the item to. It may not be returned to our address so we require that you email or call us with all the tracking numbers as proof of delivery no later then 2 weeks after we issue you the RMA number. We will refund the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee and less all shipping charges upon confirmation the item(s) received as stated above and contain all the materials shipped to you. They also must be in the same condition as we sent them to you. If any of the items above are not followed we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee or possibly no refund at all. Manufactures Warranties

Most items listed on our website have a one year limited warranty from the manufacture. The limited warranty generally covers manufactures workmanship. If a light bulb is included with the fixture the bulb is never covered under the warranty. We do not sell light bulbs. If you have questions about the warranty of an item please feel free to email us at If you would like to have us help in the replacement of an item covered under the manufactures warranty please know that you are responsible for any shipping cost.

Pictures of Items

The pictures of the items are provided by the manufacturers of the products. They are in most cases the same pictures that are printed in their catalog. The manufacture does its best job to create pictures that correctly depicts the color of the items. In most cases the pictures are taken under a bright light and will look different in your home. Many of the pictures that have shades have the picture taken with the light bulbs turned on which sometimes produces a red/orange glow from the bulb that makes the shade look different then with the light turned off. Due to the application of some of the finishes not every item will look the same. Also, depending on the brightness and contrast controls on your computer display that may vary the colors of the pictures you see. Any and all art glass hand/mouth blown glass will vary, the artist tries to make them as close as possible, however, any hand made product can differ. So be aware when selecting any art glass hand/mouth blown glass as they will not match exactly. Alabaster is a natural stone and no two will look alike be aware that fixtures made out of alabaster no two will be the same.

We offer discounts to businesses in the trade. We do not offer payment terms but you can pay by company check or credit card and receive the discount. All orders must total $400 or more to qualify and for orders over $3,000 we will give a special job quote.
